1. Returns
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change‑of‑mind purchases. However, if you receive a defective or incorrect item, you may request a refund or exchange. To be eligible, you must contact us within 48 hours (2 days) of delivery with supporting photos and your order details.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at hello@missayashop.com with:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the defect or error
- Photos clearly showing the issue
We will issue you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed shipping instructions. Carefully package the item(s) and send them back to us. For defective or incorrect items, we will cover the return Delivery Costs.
3. Refunds
After we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Please note that any Delivery Costs paid at the time of purchase are non‑refundable.
4. Exchanges
If you prefer an exchange (for example, a different size, color, or style), please specify this when requesting your RMA number. We will ship the replacement item once we have received and verified the original item’s condition. If there is a price difference or additional shipping charges, we will notify you before processing the exchange.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or is defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the damage or defect. We will assess the issue and provide prepaid return shipping instructions for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
6. Return Exceptions
Certain items cannot be returned or exchanged due to hygiene or safety reasons. These include intimate apparel, perishable goods, and any products marked “non‑returnable” on their product pages.
